As Vice President of Outpatient Surgical and Radiology Services at Solaris, Josh Fiss oversees the performance, expansion, and integration of surgical, interventional radiology, and diagnostic radiology service lines.

Fiss brings over a decade of leadership experience in outpatient healthcare, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence across ambulatory surgery centers spanning multiple specialties. He has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of numerous De Novo facilities and supports strategic growth through targeted acquisitions.

He holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and is currently completing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
