Sean Holloway

Chief Operating Officer, Colorado Springs Urological Associates

Sean Holloway is an accomplished, board-certified healthcare executive and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with over 20 years of transformative leadership across military, nonprofit, and civilian healthcare sectors.

With a distinguished record of success in operational excellence, global medical system development, and strategic planning, he has led multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments both domestically and abroad.

Prior to joining Colorado Springs Urological Associates, Holloway served as the Practice Lead for Colorado Springs Cardiology, where he oversaw operations for a 174-member team across four outpatient clinics and two hospital sites, directing strategic growth, physician partnerships, and performance improvement initiatives.

Prior to this role, he served as Administrator for Surgical Specialties at Intermountain Health’s Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver and as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Peak Vista Community Health Centers.

During his 29-year military career, Colonel Holloway held executive leadership positions across major Air Force medical commands, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer for the 10th Medical Group at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He was entrusted with oversight of $234 million in operational assets, led a $48 million ambulatory surgery center renovation, and directed care for over 215,000 beneficiaries.

Deeply engaged in civic life, Holloway serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs, Angels of America's Fallen, and the City of Colorado Springs Public Safety Sales Tax Oversight Committee.
