Jason Langley
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jason Langley is responsible for Solaris Health’s financial strategy and integrity. He provides leadership, direction, and administration of all financial aspects related to mergers and acquisitions. This includes strategic financial and business planning, financial analysis and reporting, financial controls, business analytics, financial integration, the budgeting process, accounting, audit, treasury, and analytical support to ensure the business can execute its short- and long-range business plans.
Most recently, Langley served as Executive Vice President of Financial Operations for Summit Behavioral Healthcare, where he was responsible for the financial performance of 33 facilities in 20 states. Before this, he served as Division CFO for Acadia Healthcare, with financial responsibility for 10 hospitals and 12 outpatient clinics in 4 states. Langley also held multiple roles in finance, decision support, and HR at Central Florida Health, a two-hospital system with 585 acute-care beds.
Langley holds numerous degrees, including a Master of Science in Health Services Administration (MSHSA) from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, a Master of Science in Managing Innovation & Information Technology (MSMIIT) from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (CIS).
Langley is certified as a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and is a professional member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
On a personal note, Langley is married to his high school sweetheart, Susan. They enjoy spending time with their two children and traveling as a family.
