As Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation, Simon Frisch leads operational strategy and execution for Solaris Health.
A seasoned healthcare entrepreneur with a passion for making a difference in the world, Frisch has served in numerous executive leadership roles and board positions with prominent national medical groups, health solutions providers, and management consulting firms. He brings to Solaris Health a wealth of practical experience growing, scaling, and leading multi-site healthcare operations in collaboration with physicians, hospital partners, and team members.
Frisch recently completed the private equity sale of a continuing medical education business he helped to create to a global media company. Prior to this, he served as the senior vice president of operations at Gastro Health, the first private equity-backed gastroenterology platform, where he helped scale the business from a south Florida enterprise to a nationwide footprint. Prior to Gastro Health, Frisch served in progressive leadership roles for over 10 years at MEDNAX, a national healthcare solutions provider, where he accelerated the growth of MEDNAX’s Florida-based businesses.
Frisch honed his strategic and analytical skills as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Johnson & Johnson, and Deloitte Consulting. He earned an M.B.A. in marketing and operations management from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. Frisch also holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors (liberal arts honors program) from the University of Texas at Austin.
