As Vice President of Business Development, Wally Oladunni supports the business development function charged with expanding the reach of Solaris Health nationally through mergers and acquisitions.

Oladunni joins Solaris from ChenMed, a leading primary care group, specializing in value-based care, where he served as director of practice acquisitions responsible, for acquiring practices in existing and new markets. Prior to ChenMed, he spent 6 years at Envision Healthcare, a national provider of health services to hospital systems and facilities, working within the mergers and acquisitions group and leading finance operations for one of Envision’s largest service lines.

Oladunni holds a BA in finance from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
