Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management

Ellen Grasso is an accomplished financial executive with over 30 years of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and health insurance. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to enhance financial performance and streamline operational efficiencies across a variety of healthcare settings.

Most recently serving as the executive leader for revenue cycle for several private equity backed provider practice management organizations, Grasso has played a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing the revenue cycle management (RCM) framework. Her leadership has been crucial in integrating over 500 practice acquisitions and maintaining impressive financial RCM metrics.

Grasso had decade-long tenure at 21st Century Oncology (GenesisCare), where she oversaw RCM functions for a large network of physicians and facilities.  Her work in radiation oncology was particularly notable, where she introduced lean process improvements, automated various functions through RPA, developed software to drive efficiencies and centralized critical functions, resulting in substantial financial improvement and operational efficiency gains.

Grasso has also served as Chief Financial Officer at Anchor Health Centers, Executive Director of the Central Business Office at the University of Miami, and Director of Patient Financial Services at Cleveland Clinic Florida.

Grasso holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Rutgers College of Arts and Science, Newark, NJ. When not working Grasso likes to spend time with family, traveling, playing golf and pickleball and practicing yoga.
