Kristin Brown joined Spokane Urology in October 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Brown brings a wealth of knowledge in operational excellence, strategic planning, and human resource management.

Prior to joining Spokane Urology, Brown held key leadership positions at Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists, Providence Medical Group, and Kaiser Permanente. Her successful track record includes leading process improvement initiatives focused on optimizing patient care, enhancing staff engagement, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Brown is passionate about empowering teams to deliver exceptional healthcare and is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. She holds a Communication and Healthcare Administration degree from Eastern Washington University. Her deep connection to the Pacific Northwest Region further strengthen the group's commitment to providing outstanding urological care to Spokane and its surrounding communities.

As a parent to two young adults, she has found raising children to be one of the most profound and rewarding experiences. In her spare time, Brown is a Registered Yoga Instructor and enjoys sharing her love for the practice of yoga through teaching others. Her commitment to yoga reflects her belief in a balanced and fulfilling life.
