As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Jaime Lucan provides HR Leadership to multiple affiliates throughout Solaris to include employee relations, leadership development, and retention management.

She has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience primarily in Supply Chain and Logistics. Prior to joining Solaris, Lucan was in HR Leadership roles with many large logistic companies including CJ Logistics and Ryder throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

She earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and Psychology from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and exercising.
