As Senior Director of Human Resources, Germaine Griffin works as a strategic partner with Affiliate Leadership, Regional Directors, and the HR Team within her region, which is comprised of four affiliates within the Chicagoland area as well as Maryland. Griffin’s focus is on strategic planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change and performance management, leadership development and coaching, department communications, and payroll.

Prior to joining Solaris Health, Griffin spent 14 years working in all facets of the human resources field, most recently with UroPartners, an affiliate of Solaris Health. She enjoys community outreach assisting with annual Zero Prostate Cancer Runs as well as volunteering at Hines VA Hospital, with the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
