David Knarr is Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance for Solaris Health. Knarr manages security initiatives, assesses IT business risks with current and future applications and vendor partnerships, and assists in developing IT policies to strengthen business posture.

Prior to this position, he served as IT Director for The Urology Group, a Solaris affiliate, since 2020. Knarr was directly involved in all aspects of IT, including the alignment of affiliate acquisitions and technology integration. Prior to that he worked for a Fortune 500 company in Greater Cincinnati, where he managed technology, security, and application alignment at a large scale.

Knarr attended the University of Cincinnati with a focus of Computer Science and Technology. He possesses a strong background in the security and compliance discipline and continues to collaborate with executives on business alignment efforts in his current role.
