Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Solaris Health

As Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Krista Wallace is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the national Revenue Cycle function.  This includes optimization of system-wide resources with the goal of maximizing reimbursement and maintaining compliance.  She is driving standardized workflow, expansion, growth and ongoing refinement of all programs and initiatives to support the financial goals of the organization.

Wallace has over 25 years of experience with healthcare with an extensive background in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management.  She previously served as Business Manager for The Urology Group in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was successful with implementing new practice management systems, onboarding new practices, and developing a Call Center.

Most recently she has served as the Business Manager for TUG with over 17 years of experience in multiple roles.  She is well rounded in all aspects of the revenue cycle and has developed many of the RCM processes for TUG to contribute to their success.  She fostered to adoption a culture of team work and collaboration.  She also served as a Practice Administrator for Mercy Health, managing multiple locations and assisting with onboarding a large orthopedic group.

Wallace attended the University of Cincinnati with a focus on Health Information Management and is a Certified Professional Coder as well as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.  She is a member of AAPC and HFMA.
