Mackey is a senior operations manager with nearly 25 years of experience managing operations, personnel and finances for large specialty practice. As Practice Administrator, she has been with Urologic Consultants in Grand Rapids for more than two decades.

Prior to joining Urologic Consultants, she worked for 10 years at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in the Medical Staff Office. She started as an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Surgery, then advanced to Credentialing Coordinator and finally the Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief of Staff.

She is a graduate of Davenport University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Mackey enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and two adult children, Taylor and Dylan, who live and work in Chicago.
