Denise Capece is an expert in Radiation Oncology operations and serves as an Advisor in Radiation Oncology Operations at Solaris Health, bringing with her over 3 decades of experience at Advanced Radiation Centers of New York, a division of Integrated Medical Professionals, a Solaris affiliate practice. There, she began as an ARRT Certified Radiation Therapist, later serving Technical Manager and subsequently as its Practice Administrator, Capece was instrumental in establishing 9 successful radiation centers in the NY Metropolitan area, developing significant expertise in all aspects of radiation facility daily operations, compliance, billing practices, and workflow optimization.

Capece brings her experience and expertise to Solaris’ growing National Radiation Oncology practice, advising leadership on streamlined processes and aiding to streamline operational workflows and EMR implementation and define data-driven metrics for operational efficiencies including revenue cycle management, billing and coding compliance and MIPs.

Inspired by her husband, two daughters, and grandson, Capece values family deeply. In her free time, she enjoys the company of friends, family, and her three beloved dogs.
