As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Dwight Mills leads the FP&A function, delivering data-driven insights that enhance strategic decision-making, optimize performance, and drive measurable ROI for the organization and its affiliates. His team partners closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment between financial planning, operational goals, and long-term growth strategies.

Prior to joining Solaris, Mills held leadership roles across FP&A, Mergers & Acquisitions, Payer Contracting, and Ambulatory Operations at Pediatrix Medical Group. He has a strong background in healthcare finance along with broader professional experience in logistics, telecommunications, and commercial banking.

Mills is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Florida. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Lawrence University, in Appleton, Wisconsin.

In his spare time, Mills enjoys spending time with his wife Nicola and their sons Jordan and Joshua. Together they enjoy reading, taking long walks, and watching Formula 1 races.
