Erica Williams serves as Chief Executive Officer for Advanced Urology Institute. She has a strong focus on driving income enhancement initiatives and removing operational barriers to allow AUI to continue providing excellent patient-centric care. Most recently she oversaw the launch of AUI’s first pharmacy as well as the group’s centralized call center in Pinellas, which provides services to multiple care centers.

Williams has been with AUI since 2017 and in her first six years led the Pinellas and Southwest Care Centers as their Chief Administrative Officer. In that role she spearheaded several other initiatives including effective recruitment and onboarding of physicians, construction of the beautiful new Largo office, and relocation of physician practices.

Williams graduated from Rutgers University, first earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, followed by her MBA. She brings strong management, innovation, and strategic skills to her new role as Chief Executive Officer.
