Giska Hinds has served as a Solaris Regional Human Resources Director for Region 1 since January 2024. Hinds previously held the position of Director of Human Resources Advanced Urology Institute, LLC since 2017, and was responsible for establishing employee initiatives to promote employee engagement as well as finding innovative ways to provide employees with a great work experience to decrease turnover and increase team member morale.

Prior to Advanced Urology Institute, Hinds was the Practice Administrator at BayCare Medical Group. She managed over 20 multi-specialty practices in the Tampa Bay Area. Hinds holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Florida Metropolitan University and SHRM Human Resources Certification.
