Jenny Rusnak, RN

Director, Navigation

Jenny Rusnak serves as the Director, Navigation for Solaris Health. In this role, she leads the development and execution of patient navigation strategies to enhance care coordination and access.

With over 25 years of diverse experience in healthcare, Rusnak brings deep expertise in urology and oncology care. A recognized national leader in navigation, she has advised on the development of cancer clinics across the country, serving on advisory boards, consulting on analytics, operational strategies, and patient navigation.

Rusnak previously served as the Director of Cancer Care and Research at a Columbus, Ohio-based LUGPA practice, where she played a pivotal role in developing and managing an Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic. She spearheaded the integration of state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment interventions, while building and leading a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurse navigators, care coordinators, and administrators—focused on optimizing oncology care. She was also instrumental in developing educational resources and partnering with community organizations to enhance wellness and support services for prostate cancer patients.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Rusnak gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, acting as a Director of Key Accounts within Market Access as well as an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing and Training. Through these roles, she has built strong relationships with key urologic oncology leaders nationwide, collaborating to enhance treatment accessibility and improve patient outcomes.

Rusnak is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University. She resides in Columbus, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sailing in the USVI/BVI, and spending quality time with family and friends.
