Jon, a US Army veteran, brings over 11 years of experience in healthcare and IT project management, process improvement, revenue cycle operations, and practice integration. A significant portion of his career was spent at GenesisCare, a leading cancer-care provider specializing in radiation oncology, urology, and surgery. Jon's expertise goes beyond traditional project management; he will also assist in conducting ROI analyses for our tech initiatives and negotiating with vendors to ensure we maximize value. Jon will report to me, with a dotted line to Ellen Grasso.

Jon earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) cum laude from Florida International University and has held his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2017. He has been married for 18 years and has three children, ages 10, 9, and 3. Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Jon will work both remotely and travel to visit our affiliates. In his free time, he enjoys reading, investing, exercising, watching sports, and serving at his local church.
