In her role of Senior Director of Human Resources for Region 2A, Lisa Pietrzyk is responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, coordinating activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s missions and talent strategy. This region encompasses Spokane Urology, Colorado Springs Urological Associates, MidLantic Urology and Keystone Urology.

As a 20+ year HR veteran, Pietrzyk has worked in various industries from banking, education, and manufacturing to tech recruiting and healthcare. She started with Solaris Health as the Human Resources Manager for Associated Urological Services in the Chicagoland region in 2021, where she is currently located.
