As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Sarah Diele is responsibilities include directing and overseeing the benefits, employee relations, leave management, HR compliance, payroll, training, hiring and dismissal processes for region 1B.

She brings with her experience in strategic planning, compliance, employee engagement, payroll, organizational development, as well as employee and labor relations.

Prior to joining Solaris Health, Diele was the Senior Manager Human Resources for Prestige Employee Administrators, a Professional Employer Organization. She oversaw the HR client service team responsible for every aspect of HR nationwide for a variety of industries.

She is HRCI and Society of Human Resources Certified Professional.
