Sarah Rochman serves as Deputy General Counsel with Solaris Health, providing legal advice  on a wide range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, healthcare regulatory matters, business strategy, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Solaris Health in 2022, Rochman served as Assistant General Counsel for Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. (NYSE: MD) in Sunrise, Florida, where she represented Pediatrix in its acquisition and disposition of physician practices throughout the U.S. In that role she also managed and directed all legal aspects of enterprise telehealth contracting, organic growth/acquisition hybrid and joint venture initiatives, as well as strategic relationships and cross-functional projects. Rochman began her career at McDermott Will & Emery, LLP where she worked in the firm’s industry-leading Health Care Advisory Group.

Rochman earned her law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. She earned her undergraduate in Public Relations at the University of Florida, Summa Cum Laude.
