In her role as the Regional Director of Human Resources, Suzanne Brogan serves as a key member of the leadership team providing counsel and input on HR and people strategy for designated affiliates in PA, CO, WA, Illinois, Indiana and Maryland in addition to providing oversight to the Talent Acquisition Team.

Brogan joined MidLantic Urology in 2022 as the Human Resources Director and brings with her over 25 years of experience in human resources.

She has extensive HR management and leadership experience within several healthcare-related organizations including Universal Health Services and Abington/Jefferson Health. Brogan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in HR Management. She is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management.
