Dr. John Britton is the Local Market President for Lowcountry Urology Clinics located in Charleston, SC.  Lowcountry Urology is a division of Advanced Urology Institute (AUI).

Dr. Britton was a Founding Partner of Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA and has served on Board since inception.  He has served as President from 2013 – 2023.

Dr Britton’s Clinical Interests include; Robotic surgery in Urologic Cancer and Reconstruction.  He also has had an active Male Infertility practice since beginning practice in 1999.

Dr. Britton Graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.  His medical degree was earned at The Medical University of South Carolina.  Following medical school, he completed a Surgical Internship at The University of North Carolina.  His Urologic Training was completed at The University of North Carolina as well.
