As CEO, Cline leads all business strategy for the Affiliates in Chicago, including growing market share and identifying and implementing operational synergies within the market.

He brings over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in both medical devices and private practice. He has a proven track record of growth, acquisitions, and operational excellence and most recently served as Midwest COO for GI Alliance (GIA) where he led multiple acquisitions and facilitated a recapitalization for GIA. Cline also served as COO for Heart Care Centers of Illinois.

Born and raised in Chicago, Mike received his bachelor’s in engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from Loyola. He has added a Masters in IT and a Masters in Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare with a black belt certification.
