Sarah Patchin has resided in the Inland Northwest region of Washington for the past 20 years.  Receiving her bachelor’s degree in management & human resources from the University of Idaho, in Moscow, Idaho.  After spending the majority of her business years specializing in Human Resources, in 2017 she took an interest in expanding her knowledge full cycle business operations and returned to school to obtain her Masters of Business Administration, graduating from Gonzaga University.

Most of her time has been within the manufacturing industry which included department of defense contacting, job shop manufacturing, and active participation with various quality certification programs.  Near the completion of her MBA, she decided to try a new industry and entered healthcare, joining the expanding practice of Spokane Urology.  Primarily the HR representative, in a small practice she took on various duties and expanded into practice management and operations.

Sarah resides in a small community near Spokane, Washington with her husband and two daughters.  She loves what the area has to offer, a great place to raise her children, the outdoors and access to nature, and having the benefit of a small town feel with many of the big city opportunities.
