As National Director of Supply Chain Management, Sonya Lynn is responsible for the strategic sourcing, centralization, and total cost control for the Solaris National Supply Chain.

Lynn brings to Solaris over 25 years of experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, with particular focus on vendor partnerships and innovative solutions.

She began her healthcare service in 2009 in the Tallahassee, Florida office of Southeastern Urology Center. In 2014, the group merged with several other prominent urology groups within the state of Florida to become Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), eventually the largest privately-owned Urology group in the Southeastern US. Lynn served as the AUI Corporate Director of Supply Chain Management and was integral to the group’s success by erecting the Supply Chain Management software system, centralizing all purchasing functions and contracts, and finally by refining the overall Supply Chain workflow.

Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Lynn served in the manufacturing sector, gaining extensive experience with Gates Corporation and Eaton Industries, world-wide leaders in the automotive and lighting industries. Her earlier career achievements include SAP Implementation Lead, SAP Training Lead, Lean/Six Sigma Methodology, and Lynn is a certified Zenger-Miller Facilitator.
