Tessa Kelley is the Chief Operating Officer for Colorado Springs Urological Associates (CSUA).

A registered nurse, Tessa’s career in healthcare is both broad and deep. She was hired as a Certified Nursing Assistant at just 19 years old and has since worked her way up to executive positions including Chief Nursing Officer at Aspen Mountain Medical Center (physician-owned multi-specialty hospital) and Chief Operating Officer at SpineOne (interventional pain services). In these positions her key achievements have centered on improving efficiencies, compliance, debt reduction, and innovation. But ask her about her greatest accomplishment and she’ll quickly tell you it’s her daughter whom she calls “the best kid on the planet.”

Tessa was named Chief Operating Officer for Colorado Springs Urological Associates in late 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and her Master of Business Administration degree from Capella University in Minneapolis.
