Richard Wooten is Chief Operations Officer of Solaris Health. In this role he is responsible for working with his MSO colleagues focusing on the operational success of all Affiliate Members as well as continued development of the Solaris internal operations.

Wooten previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Urology Institute (AUI).

Prior to organizing and initiating AUI’s launch in 2014 Wooten served as CEO for Advanced Urology Specialists, one of the group’s original member practices. Other practice management experience included six years as the Chief Operating Operator at Florida Musculoskeletal Institute.

Before working in physician practice management he had a twenty plus year career in all areas of Health system administration including CFO, COO and CEO positions in multiple facilities in Florida.

Wooten earned his Master of Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University and completed his undergraduate education at The University of Florida in Business Administration/Finance.

He lives in Eustis Florida with his wife Sharon and enjoys spending time with their family, traveling, and golf when he has free time.
